Senior engineering program manager at SEI Robotics in Shenzhen. I coordinate delivery across hardware, firmware, web, and e-commerce, and I work directly with international customers and key accounts.

Before SEI I led software teams at OcuMap and Tripnologies, including years as a PHP and full-stack team lead. I still use that technical depth to unblock engineering, ship sites, and automate operations with Cursor, n8n, and agents.

- Lead engineering programs spanning firmware, Android TV, web, and product launches — Jira coordination, stakeholder communication, testing, and release follow-through.
- Own key-account and B2B relationships: customer communication, order follow-up, and program oversight for international partners (including early Deutsche Telekom client delivery: meetings, Jira, and issue testing).
- Planned and tracked the FreeBox Android 9 to 14 upgrade, including recurring progress reviews with engineering.
- Deliver web and e-commerce programs: Emerson, IAI SMART, Oasis, HOMA/Homatics storefronts, CES product pages, company and product sites, SEO, and HubSpot / email campaigns.
- Run day-to-day logistics and support operations — shipments, customer email, and escalation — and ship AI-assisted delivery (n8n workflows, Cursor, agents).
- Built a Yanwen logistics agent that reads follow-up emails, notifies the customer when a parcel needs action, and alerts an employee when the case needs human care.
